Payment
The website is set up to use a secure payment gateway for debit and credit cards, all orders will only be processed on receipt of full payment. All prices are quoted in £ sterling.
Delivery
Orders take up to 14 days, we will contact you via email if for any reason your order will take any longer to arrive. If you need an order for a specific date or urgently, please do contact us before placing your order and we will help wherever we can.
We will deliver your order to the address which you enter at checkout in the delivery section. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. If you require us to send out your item to a different address after it has been returned there may be a charge for posting it out again.
You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver your order directly to the recipient we are happy to do so, please let us know in the notes when you check out. To enquire about international orders please fill out the contact form and we will get back to you shortly.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the date/ time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.
The majority of our products are dispatched 2nd Class Signed for Royal Mail. If you have not received your order, please check the Post man has not popped a slip through your door and that your order is not at the local sorting office in the first instance. Please then contact us for a tracking number. We are on hand to help locate your parcel.
In the event that we reproduce an item for you, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the sale price of the reproduced product.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.
Cancellations
This policy does not apply to personalised goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel. If you need to cancel you order for non-personalised items for whatever reason you can do so for most items within 2 working days, but this does not apply to items we have created personally for you including personalised items. You can notify us of a cancellation via email [email protected] within 2 working days and before the goods have been dispatched. Where items have already been created and dispatched you must return them in accordance with the Returns policy below.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply get in contact with us either via the contact page or via email.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you. If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production. You have approved a design proof with a mistake in it. For non-personalised goods - If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense, within 30 days of delivery. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily replace the item - this does not cover any design proof you have approved with an error in it.
By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or have ordered an incorrect size.
Discounts
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer services team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
Design Proofs
When we create your personalised designs, we always send a design proof for you to approve before finalsing. This is to ensure all information and spellings are correct. If after approval of the design proof, a mistake is noticed on your item when it arrives, we can not be held responsible, so please check carefully as sadly, once these are created they can not be changed at all and the only option is to purchase and make a replacement.
Colour
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk. Feel free to contact us for help regarding design. Our customers are our number one priority.
